Giving Back Sessions

SITE MAINTENANCE OCCURING FEB 1-28

We recognise our impact

Giving back to the community is a powerful way to foster connection, well-being, and a sense of belonging, especially when our neurokin struggle with this more than most people. In a world where daily stresses often dominate our lives, creating spaces for Autistics and ADHD’ers to come together and support each other without expectation is more important than ever. That's why we're thrilled to announce our commitment to offering a free weekly session—whether it's a guided meditation, yoga practice, or a moment for connection—open to everyone (but numbers capped at 500, because Zoom doesn’t allow for more lol).

This initiative has no strings attached; it's simply our way of contributing to the greater good, creating a sanctuary where our neurokin can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and others. By providing these sessions, we hope to build a more compassionate, mindful, and united community, where everyone has the opportunity to experience the transformative power of mindfulness and collective presence. Join us in this journey, and let's make a difference together, one breath, one pose, and one heartfelt connection at a time.

Modifications are made to be disability friendly where possible. We will also note that these classes are ALL ages and all bodies inclusive - and are beginner friendly. Times are in AEST/AEDT (Melbourne time) depending on daylight savings.
