


Bare Essensuals - Sensuality & Mindfulness Practices and Exercises
Sensuality is often closely associated with sexual pleasure. While it includes this, it is also much more. Sensuality is about experiencing the fullest of your sensory pleasure, being entirely present and connected to the movements and rhythms your body respond with, in accordance to their sensory world. The 20 practices and activities within this booklet are supplementary to our Bare Essensuals course, meaning that you can choose to do any of these as part of your practice, during and even beyond (our outside of) the course itself (aka you do not need to participate in the course to use this booklet). Some of these challenges may be a bit more challenging or confronting, so it is encouraged that you go at your own pace and to only participate in what you feel comfortable or drawn to. Listening to your body is one of the most important processes when we dip into our sensuality, which also requires learning the art of discernment. To know our body intuitively and what is a resounding ‘yes’ vs ‘no’.
